Following the completion of the building of the new
garage and kitchen extension at our home, I write to say how pleased
we are with the results.

Your team from the beginning, showed a very professional approach, the
estimate was detailed and concise, your site staff from all the trades
were very polite and conscientious, and despite the major effect on
the whole back of the house, tried to keep disruption to a minimum and
always cleaned up at the end of the day.

I am really glad that I chose BEM Builders to convert my double garage into a lounge, kitchen/diner, toilet, with staircase and landing to the existing single and double bedroom/bathroom above. Their competence on site and office management were evident from the start.
James the boss or Stuart the Projects Manager attended the site at least once daily, kept me regularly informed and were accessible to me and the team by phone, email or in person all the way through the project.
At least one or all of their team were on site each full working day and arrived promptly, even staying on if necessary to complete the task.
As the work was being carried out in my home, the most important thing for me was that I found all the team to be polite, courteous , friendly and trustworthy. Each man was dedicated and highly skilled at his work and their workmanship was impeccable, leaving the site clean and tidy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is considering using them as a building company.

The team at B.E.M. converted my bathroom into a wet room. The work is finished to an excellent standard and we are delighted with the bathroom. Stuart is very approachable and the construction team have all been on-time, polite, friendly, tidy, professional and efficient.
