Commercial and Residential General Building and Refurbishment Works:

We undertake general building works including refurbishments, conversions, extensions, plumbing and heating installations, electrical works, internal and external decorations and much more besides.

Specialist Adaptations:

Many of our clients seek our adaptations and accessible facilities installation services and we pride ourselves on the design and creation of disabled adaptations / independent living solutions such as bathroom to wet-room or level access showers, kitchen adaptations, exterior galvanised hand rails, concrete access ramps and mechanised lifts, installation of exterior low threshold wider access doors in timber and UPVC and general doorway widening internally.  We also understand anti-ligature solutions and have carried out many installations for specialist units, to protect their 'at risk' clients. There are few adaptation works that we do not undertake so please ask if you have specific requirements. We individually tailor projects for our clients, because we all have individual needs.

Fire Risk Assessment Compliance:

We undertake Fire Risk Assessment (F.R.A.) compliance works such as installation of (or upgrading of) fire rated doors, general glazing upgrades and fire stopping, compartmentation of rooms and ceilings and much more. If your business is under notice of improvement for mitigating the risk of fire, we can help you comply with our menu style priced upgrades that cover almost all forms of compliance work.

Pre-condition / Fault and Repair Detailing Drone Surveys:

We offer a drone survey service to both commercial and domestic customers. The surveys cost from £150.00 + VAT to £750.00 + VAT (simply depends on property size, location and access) and for this we will attach the survey (2.7K res but 4K soon to be available) footage totalling, typically, around 5 to 10 minutes via a WeTransfer weblink embedded within our estimate for any repairs. A drone survey can be very useful, save a lot of money, and assure our clients that the works quoted for are quantified correctly and transparently. The drone survey costs can save a fortune in scaffolding alone! Should you place an order for the work recommended we will reduce the estimate cost by the amount that you have been quoted for the drone survey. Please note that we operate under CAA guidelines, our drone is registered and the operator has passed a drone operation exam. This means that there are certain geographical areas that have tight restrictions or even a 'no fly' area.

Concrete Repairs:

Traditional and Lightweight concrete repairs to include both residential and commercial properties.

Restoration and Conservation:

 

We work on projects of every scope and scale to include listed buildings and buildings situated within conservation areas.

Commercial Clients - Responsive Maintenance:

We offer responsive/reactive maintenance facilities along with programmed works under long-term contracts or single one'off projects.

Schools:

We offer a full service to schools and can offer our full range of services including sourcing subcontractors where required to offer you a one-stop service for your projects.
 

 

 

Health and Safety is integral to our business activities and we recognise and understand our responsibilities.
 

We strive for continuous improvement in our standards and aim to achieve a safe, risk free working environment. We employ a safety consultant and all management and site staff receive full training, which is constantly monitored and updated and refresher courses undertaken. Our policy is reviewed annually and revised to reflect any changes in legislation.
 

As a company we expect our employees, and suppliers to comply with our Health and Safety Policy and to take individual responsibility to ensure that work is carried out to a high standard, without risk to themselves or others.
